Omschrijving
Deze 2-daagse workshop is volledig gebaseerd op Monroe Sound Science (MSS).
Geluid beïnvloedt ons energieveld in haar geheel; alle fysieke, emotionele, mentale en spirituele aspecten zijn bij het proces betrokken.
De oefeningen bevatten Gamma frequenties en werken op de trillingsfrequenties van de systemen/organen in het menselijk lichaam en de 7 chakra's; deze worden stap voor stap opnieuw afgestemd volgens het principe van bio resonantie.
De afwezigheid van verbale begeleiding benadrukt de klankgenezing, d.w.z. genezing door middel van geluid/frequentie.
Na iedere oefening kunnen ervaringen gedeeld worden door deelnemers. De begeleider zorgt daar waar nodig voor reflectie.
Program Outline
This 2-day workshop is completely based on Monroe Sound Science (MSS).
Sound influences our energy field on a whole level, so all aspects like physical, emotional, mental and spiritual are involved in the process.
The audio exercises include Gamma frequencies and include the vibration frequencies of the systems/organs of the human body and the 7 chakras.
The goal of the exercises is to re-attune them according to the principle of bio-resonance.
Absence of verbal guidance emphasize the effects of sound healing, i.e. healing through sound/frequency.
Experiences of the participants can be shared after every exercise and the coach will reflect when necessary.
