De workshop verloopt als volgt:

- Twee halve dagen met oefeningen (aanmelding 1 dag).
- Een minimum internetverbinding van 5Mps wordt aanbevolen.
- De eigen ervaring heeft de optimale aandacht in deze workshop en wordt          versterkt door real-time interactie met een ervaren trainer & andere                      deelnemers.
- Delen met en leren van anderen zorgen voor wonderlijke ervaringen.
- Deelnemers kunnen het geluidsmateriaal ook na de workshop blijven                  gebruiken.
